After 7 phone calls, I finally got that horrible manager Suzie. She never apologized, I wanted a full Refund!!!
Which I was then told I cant get all my money back!!?? I finally decided to get my attorneys to sue Motel 6 and go after the manager at the property were I , and not the only one bitten up by bed bugs and spider bites.
Again it goes back to the reckless and neglect, house keepers need to go to a real training video, and they claim they speak no English??? Anyway they will be served and will pay for medical bills and pain and suffering.
Preferred solution: We will see in court, I never received all my money back. But the reckless manager will pay.

Preferred solution: I would not wish bedbugs on anyone. This was a nightmare and I hope I brought nothing home to my family. There is no way that the staff are not fully aware of their issues.

On Saturday March 10th 2024, I re-rented the room at the Motel 6 on Vance Jackson and I-10 on San Antonio Texas, room number 124, I departed my room heading to work at exactly 7:32 a.m. I arrived at my room at 7:38 p.m., my key wasn't working so I went to the office of the motel, the clerk said that he had given a key to my so-called girlfriend, while I was at work, no one was on the rental agreement besides me you shouldn't have given the key to anybody. She had stolen all my new clothing hygiene $800 in cash, a brand new push wagon the cost $125., I asked to for the clerk to give me the name of the person claiming to be my girlfriend, they could not provide one, it is the negligence of this Motel and its employees, that I got robbed and humiliated, I further ask for the manager it's very hard to get a hold of him or her, I truly believe it made several inquiries, that this Motel, Motel 6 and it's employees are responsible for the property are the primaries renter, it should be responded or replaced at a fair cost
Preferred solution: I have receipts of all my new clothing that total, 280.00 and hydro products along with etc items, totaling 268. All of Walmart

Jan 29, 2024 rented a room at Motel 6 for the first time in King City, CA. At 7:33pm, sent photo's to a family member showing bugs, fly *** above the bed, dirty bathroom, dirty air filters, torn sheets.
Jan 30, spoke with location at 9:50am (Clarice who was GREAT) and emailed photo's, she said cleaning staff was coming in at 10am, they'll get that room taken care of. Had to wait for Mgr. to call. At 330pm, called Bobby, he said nothing wrong with the room (which they had probably already cleaned so he wouldn't see it!), but he can't explain how I would have pictures of the room within less than an hour after checkin - but he did say wear and tear.
Seriously? Fly crap is wear and tear? I considered sleeping in my truck it was so disgusting while I stare at the ceiling with an alarm covered in fly crap. I slept with my clothes on and the pillow inside of a tshirt because it was so bad!
No shower, it was NASTY. I couldn't get out of here fast enough and am now staying in Paso Robles at a decent hotel! I want my $80 cash reimbursed.
Location was great, cleanliness, non existent. And Bobby needs to find a new job, Clarice deserves a raise.

Building damage, verbal assault
I called the police about two things someone bashed the entire glass door into the laundry, to where there was glass shattered everywhere, and the front desk knew nothing about it! Even though they are directly next to the laundry.
Second, I was assaulted verbally by two black men who said that I was a *** after I didnt respond to their disgusting response to me initially.
No I should stand up for the place that I believe in and I have stayed in and I have spent money in for 3+ years! I will absolutely call the police if I feel that myself or any other person in this complex is in danger. The employee that was working said oh the dryers are running, I didnt hear anything You can hear all of the doors slam from the front lobby to the laundry room. And you cant recognize when an entire glass door top to bottom is shattered into pieces and cars are circling minute to minute to hour to hour?
And the two guys especially the guy with the red hoodie, who walks the entire front, second level, back and other side, staring at people with his hoodie over his face mumbling *** to other people as he walks by? The cops were here earlier today between 5 to 6-ish or even longer because I only saw them when I walked to and from the store, which took about 45 minutes in total and they were still there. There is something wrong here. The complex smells of marijuana, stinks from north to south and east to west.
Ive been in the front office when the dryers were running because theres only two, you cant hear the dryers, they dont make that much noise but shattering glass does. And then the police came and completely dismissed me and told me to go back to my room or why dont you find another hotel to stay in. Thats right, I crap money. Are you kidding me.
If I didnt live in Florida, I would be appalled. But this is Florida under Ron DeSantis, Rhonda Satan, And the officers would have respect and not take their ego to such a level that they think that they reign over anything that goes on whether its positive or negative. Its called Napoleon syndrome. Im used to this because the officers in Florida dont give a flying you know what about anyone except their quotas.
I know you cant control what the police say, but Jesus, there are dogs and seniors and children going right in front of that glass door. And walking around the complex. And your employee did not even stand up for me and recognize that there is glass shattered all over the concrete and there are people doing drugs in their cars when cops were there, but they refuse to say anything! To me, thats suspicious.
The drug dealers parked themselves right out front when the employee left the front office and started sweeping up the glass; they circling the building. The police came and they parked the car, I kindly introduced myself first and last name as the one who called the authorities to check this out. When they arrived, they said if youre not happy, why dont you stay somewhere else!
That is absolutely disgraceful I called the police to ensure that this place was safe. for everyone, and they dismissed me, the one who found this building damage despite what the motel seems to say, they have cameras, everywhere, and two, two people who crossed my path, and called me a *** and I just walked by.

The room they had ready for me was being aired out. I went and looked at it.
The floor was filthy and it smelled of wet dog and smoke and I was told there was four dogs and the lady staying there the night before thats why they had the door open when I checked in I asked to have a different room. This was supposed to be a kitchenette room and there wasnt any available so they gave me a small room that was full of mold with a horrible bed that the springs were coming through the mattress. My husband and I coughed all night, even though we kept the door open and aired it out bought a can of Lysol and sprayed The air conditioner heater and had to ask to get the room cleaned because it was again filthy when we got there then they told us they didnt have any housekeeping except if we requested it and we had to go to the office and bring our dirty towels to them and get clean ones which they rarely had as well as asked for toilet paper and any other necessities bags for the garbage which we had to empty ourselves etc. I dont feel that any motel/hotel that Ive ever stayed in has ever treated guest this way my husband has lung issues and hes been suffering through this whole ordeal.
We had nine days there from the sixth of February to the 15th we checked out yesterday I did receive $100 back because I had the small room instead of the room with the kitchenette for the days but I feel that this is totally unacceptable for a motel to treat their guest this way when I asked about a restaurant no one had any clue about any help with anything there is pitbull all over the property staying.
I will never return very disappointed in our vacation in Cocoa Beach. and would want a refund of the $766 that I spent there.

My family stay at your motel in woodscross, ut. I have never been treated so badly.
I want my money back. Your message block here only allows so many words. Your front desk staff are horrible they talk down to you constantly the rooms are dirty and at night you can't even get a towel . My biggest complaint is with the managers we stayed there pretty close to a little over a month.
When we arrived we were asked to see our id. My daughter had hers but me and my sons were on my phone I explained why and it was no problem. Everytime we went down to pay it was not a problem. And then all of a sudden the front desk called to come down from the minute I picked up the phone that guy was so rude and what you put out you get back.
So we got it resolved again. I paid 800 and some dollars out of my pocket alone. We were kicked out the last day were there, I believe they said we had unauthorized guests I'm not really sure nothing had changed since we arrived that last day they stated harassing me number one the room was paid for the night before. My daughter went down and paid for the next day.
The next day comes 8 thought everything was fine. And I can hear you front desk guy screaming at my son. Apparently the night person some how canceled out the card payment made by Joanne stueve. So I had her call andale the payment again.
That was on you guys not us. The front desk manager called my room again and is yelling at me my daughter could hear her on the phone and she said why is she being such a *** . Because to begin with they should have never been treated us so bad. So I went down to the front desk straightened it out.
4 hrs later the nightshift came and told us we had to leave. Because of the IDs. At one point the day manager asked me how did you get in here. Are you serious.
What did we break in she okayed it. It ended up us having to leave the cops were called that wasn't necessary at all. It was rediculious for no reason we didn't have any complaints from anyone the whole time we were there. It was wrong in every sense.
Everytime we paid it was different you had to show your IDs then you didn't. No consistency at all. I want my share of the money back if I need to I will get a attorney because I am not letting this go . That day manager took our money knowing that the night girl was going to ask us to leave .
Pretty chicken *** move.it was motel 6 in woodscross utah the address is 2433 s 800 w woodscross ut 84087 your address finder wouldn't bring it up.
Plus the fact the motel on the weekends is so noisy people are partying out their rooms and my daughter was asked if she wanted some fetanal twice by the people hanging around the motel. On they're property.

I will let the pictures speak for themselves! We got a room and it was the dirtiest hotel I've ever been in and tracked of smoke (in non-smoking room)so we transferred to another room-not any better.
My kids had a hard time sleeping there and were paranoid to contract something like bedbugs (which I did not see-I checked for them). The only positive thing I can say about this motel 6 was the pool was surprisingly clean and families including mine enjoyed themselves. And the front desk clerk was friendly. Everything in the hotel was filthy from the walls (blood/burgers on wall?) to floor to microwave to fridge to bathroom dirty with no toilet paper, dirty windows, garbage under both beds, no filters in ac, dirty phone, dirty floors, hanging broken curtain, beds weren't fully made.
That covers the whole room. You gotta check out these pictures.
Now Ive stayed at Motel 6s that were nothing like this. So don't judge them all but this particular location the maids should def be fired!
Oh and the staircase that children were walking up was broken with huge gaps they could fall through causing t to be a hazard violation.

Im not really a complaining kinda guy but the behavior i just witnessed at this location can not go un noticed. 620 i was up in the lobby making a cup of coffee prior to starting my day.
& witnessed the 2 ladies working the lobby publicly mocking.
A disabled lady that had came in with a question as well as a gentleman who had a question for them.
They made fun of the lady who clearly had a broken back. "Because of her gait"
& the gentleman that had clearly had a stoke prior and could not speak clearly
that simply asked them a question.
These ladies have a terrible attitude problem with every person walking through the door.
I made a comment to these ladies on my way out about their behavior and was also laughed at..
Something really needs to be done about these ladies and their horrific behavior.

First i was put in the wrong room with broken key slot getting someone knock on door everyday. Then im locked out my room at night in which no one here could open door.
So that cause me to be locked out of room multiple hours finally they break door moving me in the middle of the night and put me a room with lots of flies and the air condition comes on by itself. So now im sick ask for some compensation. An I also ask to change rooms this morning before i paid for another day in which i was told no about anothwr room and told they put in work order to be sprayed so now im sick and out of my money.

Hi my name is Chris Bateman and I payed for a night here in Oshkosh wi from 1-11-24 to 1-12-24 and I got up to go to the bathroom and I turned on the light and I saw bugs on my bathroom floor I have video proof of this and I used to work in hospitality and this is unacceptable I went to the front desk right away and they switched my room but they told me they cant give me a refund which I was ok with I just would like a a night that is compensated by you guys I dont wanna make a big deal about this but I did pay for a room and I expected it to be clean and it was not so I was told to speak to the manager in the morning which I am going to do Ive stayed here before for 2-3 nights at a time and never had this issue Ive probably spent about 4-5 hundred dollars at this location and I would really like to see this corrected please and thank you

I was overcharge for my room for a week. Then the man would not honor my military discount.
I been asking for towels and sheets for three days. Nothing. My concern is being charged a extra 69$ and he said it was tax. I called a week in advance and asked how much for the week.
I was told 400 after tax. I arrive he says do I have pets? I said yes but motel 6 does not charge extra for pets. He proceeded to tell me 500 after mentioned my pets.
I called out the pet policy. He says he can do 400 but 69 is tax. Homeless. No where to go.
I meet a fella that paid 400 after tax for his weak. So this location in Newport news VA is hustling the homeless.
Then customer service has absolutely not been back in contact with me. Looking to see if I could sue somehow ond

Slumming it at the motel 6
I did not libel anyone, the OP himself admitted that he was lying to get a free stay.
You stay, you pay. Since you are lying you won't win the case. If you cannot afford to stay in a hotel, sleep on the streets.
I was there once and it was disgusting. Filthy rooms, roaches, bed bugs *** on the sheets, no clean towels to shower, they had burn holes in them.
I didn’t stay after I tried to bring this to the managers attention and was basically blown off.
Motel 6 is a joke, and honestly they should all be shut down. Especially the Naperville location, it was more like being in a war camp than a motel.

Naperville police there not to help anyone, but for intemidation purposes for the manager Susie. The Naperville police department will be sued for their rude and inappropriate conduct.
This person was either fired from Motel 6, or they cannot afford to stay in a hotel. If there really were bed bugs, then they would have left.
They chose to stay. They need to pay for their stay. If they cannot afford to they should sleep on the streets.
