It was a horrible experience.The beds didn't have blankets, the bed was tilted like it was broke, the tv remote didnt work, and the clerk was rude.
We asked him to switch us rooms but he did , and accused us of scaring the customers away just because I accidentally went to the wrong room. The room they switched us too had bugs (roaches), I asked the clerk for a refund and he was rude and yelling at me saying he can't refund me because they were an independent franchise , and I had used a guest certificate the last time I stayed because I had another incident with bed bugs.
So I don't think I'll be coming back.Oh yea and last but not least they didn't have flat screens like they advertise.
