I can not get my room cleaned after staying for 3 weeks Everytime the lady Carmen has a excuse for why she can't do it. I removed my pets for hrs and still no service... complained to management with no but. I'm staying at 825 Diana Beach Blvd.

Motel 6 - 1500 interstate 35 San Antonio
Great customer service, But had problems with the room First room had bugs, cleaning wasn’t too good and the ac unit wasn’t working properly, also there were burn holes in the blanket The second room bugs, on the bed closer in the ac unit there are stains in the sheets, and in all honesty I would like a refund

Motel 6 - Room service
Had to beg to get my room cleaned on the 3rd day and it still wasn’t done correctly. I can send photos. I asked 3 times for service on my third night of stay. I was told by the young lady at the front desk that house keeping wasn’t her responsibility. I ask to speak to management and was denied his or her number although she spoke to them with her side of the story which was very inaccurate since. I over heard it.

I'm on vacation living with roaches literally.I don't live with bugs or roaches at home and i refuse to live with them while I'm on vacation. The room looks nice for a motel.... However it needs extermination badly. Some people might not mind living with roaches.......

Motel 6 in Hammond, Indiana - Dirty room
I truly appreciate a good rate at a hotel. However, the dirtiness of our last stay was to much to bare. It can not possibly be that hard to clean a room. We noticed grity floor, not sure when it was mopped last but we used a room towel and it was black after wipping one spor t. Dust on air conditinor black and thick, light fixtures dusty. These are common cleaning things that have been missed. The fitst tine we stay and it was nice, last few time its like no one is cleaning... that is a health hazard.
