Made reservations with credit card and 1 hour later tried to cancel due to we found out it was in wrong location to what we needed. Was told our card was charged and no refund due to reservation was made during Central Time??? Reservation was made at 1pm and tried to cancel at 2 pm.....Rip off!!

Im a paralyzed woman in a wheelchair. I rented a handicaped room. They said i flooded the bathroom, not true. Booked again a few weeks later. Upon my reservation checkin they refused to rent room.

We had a very bad experience at hotel 6 we had a reservation to check in at 6am when we got there we were told nothing was available. The desk clerk was very rude and wasnt trying to help us he told us to come back at 11am. The location on n st downtown is very unprofessional. We will never stay there again.
