Motel 6 - Charged for room without being there

I called to see if there was vacancy I told the rep it was a 80 percent chance my out of town family would be there. I was told to put my card on the room. I told the rep it would be cash. She said the card would not be charged if my guest did not make it by 6pm they would lose the room. My guest didn't make li but my card was charged. I want my money now!

I made reservations online and requested early check in. I called just to make sure of the time our room would available. I was told about 2 hours. Which i understood as ppl were still checking out. I am disabled and had pets and were having to sit outside in 100 heat....

Motel 6 - Bad customer service

Not that motel 6 is going to do anything at all becauseci know u won't why don't u add a week ago 65.00 a day then do tbe math for 57.00 dollard a day and see whst u come up with. Because with the different i could stay three more nights here but motel lije u don't care about people just your money. Maybe u should give a half off weekend price or one free night to your customer out
