Motel 6 - Refund

I checked in 11/15/18 was told by Operations Manager at Studio 6 on 30th day, 12/16/18 I would be refunded a "credit," appropriate taxes by corporate and they didn't do it themselves locally anymore. I want my taxes refunded either to my credit card on file or cash not a room credit, to my understanding.

Motel 6 - Customer service was bad etc

I stay at your location in seatac seattle washington for 3 weeks from the second week in november in until the1 st week in december did not recieve room service most of the time use the washer and dryer the dryer u had to pay for it 4 plus time to dry clothes!! Motel 6 - Faux Compliance

I am being charged for smoking in the room i rented for the evening when i did not smlke IN that room. This has been an unfair and unreasonable charge. The manager of the franchise in question has refused my call and has not returned my contact. I travel quite a bit in my line of work. Motel 6 will now be at the bottom of my list of accommodations.

Motel 6 - Child has Accident you will be kicked out of room

My little girl had Accident in the bed and you tell me we can’t stay in your hotel anymore I pay moneys on time we have been here for a little over a week!!!!! We are only here because our house is not ready for us too move into now you tell me because of this I have to move myself and kids to a different hotel come on now that is totally not Right at all.
