We have a reservation at the Englewood FL. location for the week of Feb 4.
Most of our family is staying there for a reunion in Englewood.
2 weeks ago my wife broke her ankle, had surgery, and cannot do stairs.
The location does not have an elevator, so we called to see if we can reserve a 1st floor room. The clerk said they could put in a request, but can't reserve a room. They were very difficult to deal with and said we needed to talk to a manager. Clerk said, call back tomorrow after 11:00 am. So we did, and the manager was not in. Clerk said no, I said call between 9-11. NOT TRUE, and we feel we are getting the run around. So we called next day after 9:00 talked / argued with the manager for 10 minutes before he agreed to reserve a 1st floor room.
How un-professional can one get?
