My job requires me to travel alot and I always stay here because it's convenient and above all safe. But yesterday was a night I never expected.
I checked in at 9:30pm and when I get to my room it's blistering hot! I adjust the thermostat and wait for about a good half hour. I finally had to walk down to check in because I couldn't take it anymore. I was told that they couldn't do much other than possibly give me a smoking room..
I can't be in applications because I get sick. Finally after you grown 2 additional times at approximately 11pm the rep at registration was at least empathetic and gave me what he was authorized to come.
Honestly I was offended by the comp. I work in Property Management Real Estates and this would have been a 100% comp not only for the inconvenience but because I'm a loyal customer and spend a tremendous amount of money here on a yearly basis.
