I wanted too say ny check in experience with linda was very pleaseing & very comforatable.she was very kind patient & acomidateing.i am handicaped & elderly.even though i came in peroson & payed for my room in advanced.linda very kindly explained they cant hold or reserve specifics rms requeted.she said she would do her best too make sure i got the rm.that was i was intrested.i had many questions that linda answered. Linda was very professional.

She even called the rm.too see if my rm.was too my likeing.she was very friendly.she took a sincere interest in makeing sure i was happy.when i checked out the hirl at the counter was rude.she moreno namebadge was unprofessional in service & appearance. I was standing in line next for service. She asked who was next in line i said i was.she rudley said i just want too make sure .it was obvious i was next.then why did she ask.even the couple behind me said i was next.she was not friendly.yesterday sunday i came in person too pay for my rm.sadly linda was off.i received the same rude girl at the front counter.i explained how nice linda was.i have health issues im elderly & have a cat.i have concerns on not getting my room as soon as possible. I dont want too be left in the heat.linda went out of herway too make sure i was in my room asap & i received the room i was interested in.the

Girl i had too do business with did not care about my concerns or conditions.she did not listen nor understand what i was saying.i have concers over weather she put in the computer my internet in rm.if possible or available.

She said linda was working today.i callef & sadly linda was off.i will call tomorrow.i dont want too begiven the run around.she rudely said specific rooms were not held in advance this i understand & aware of.she allso.said linda was in trouble & that corporate sent an email saying never reserve specific rooms.linda did not do such not do i believe any such email was sent.linda simple put in the computer my interest in a specific rm.& told me if it were available i could receive such.i dont appreciate being treated & argued with in the manner i was.im allso very happy you issue senior discounts,but sorry you dont honor triple a auto discount s.i allso hope in the future you obtain a microwave as many motel 6 have them.obtaining wifi was very frustrating in the past & did not work.hopeing there is a better faster way too way too resolve this.please contact me gor any questions if you must.i hope linda is rewarded for her outstanding performance & the rude employee is retrained & delt with accordingly. I hope linda is working tomorrow when i call too make sure my rm.interest request is observed.thank you wendy pierce sassycats0317@***.com
