Stayed at the Motel6 Tulsa Airport October 2018. This used to be a fair motel at a fair price, but now it's just unsafe. I should have known when I saw the missing smoke detector..and not surprisingly 2 fire trucks arrived my first night (see pix).

Apparently some people don't make it out of the motel as there is a stripped car in the front parking lot missing a fender and bumper.

I see why they say "we'll leave the light on for you" as I had to leave the bathroom light on or the cockroaches would come out at night. But they were crawling on the wall around the TV and on the table as well.

I also had to leave something propped up against the door while I slept as I was afraid the lock wouldn't work as it was partially broken when looking at it. I figured this would serve as a noisemaker in case someone snuck in.

The water pressure going up and down to the point that you'r afraid you won't be able to wash the soap out of your eyes was the least of my concern.

I believe this motel has turned into shelter for homeless people who can afford the $225 weekly rate.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Location: 1010 N Garnett Rd, Tulsa, OK 74116, USA

Complain to CLAUDETTE BRYANT aka CLAUDETTE CARROLL at headquarters: 972-360-****. Or tweet spokesperson @TomBodett But donโ€™t expect anything.

Motel6 headquarters is given an F rating by the Better Business Bureau. Also: https://www.consumeraffairs.com

$225 a week for the Motel 6??? HIGHWAY ROBBERY. For what you describe it sounds like $25 a week would be a more appropriate rate.
