Its about being ripped off by the owners of this motel 6.and being price gouged, and the racist owners i have never been treated like this before the owners lied about room availability as a excuse to charge me more money than the other people i feel like i have been scammed by the Indian owners and i will do everything in my power to discredit them and the motel 6chains.

Continually raising room rates?

I am just curious if the motel 6 we are currently staying at is allowed to raise the room rate for the longer you stay at the motel? I've talked to several customers and they do this on a regular basis.

Hotel charged me without even having an attendant to accommodate me. No one was there in the lobby the entire night I never was refunded and the manager argued and basically said *** me and my money. 65.39$ for not a damn thing and Ive been calling different numbers to contact someone to get a refund for 5 days yall. *** all this crap

Don’t book at a motel 6 !!!!!! There are other places Or sleep in your car, I went through *** After 14 months and still trying to heal from these wounds!!!!!!!!

my main issue is that i paid online and. are card was then charged at the motel 6 location so charged twice second time more then the first

the experience immediately started off horrible we had to change rooms because the bathtub didnt drain and when we got to the new room there was blood on the floor and roaches and i have pictures

went down to the front desk and the employee said he would have to wait until the manager came on duty and the employee failed to tell the manager abcs not the manager said we didnt go to the front desk right away so because an employee failed to do there job and inform the manager we cant vet a refund

we have covid going on why would i not go to the front desk and let them know. that there was blood on the floor its completely unsanitary

should have been or in a different room

Poor room and customer service

I paid for a room last night at the Motel 6 located on N 52nd street in Phoenix metro area and the condition of the room (#129) was horrible. The room itself smelled of cigarettes, along with burns on the floor and the bathroom outer door was damaged, TV, phone was dirty and both non functional. There were no clean towels nor face wash cloths. When I reported it to the front desk, she offered to refund me $ 25 dollars and change my room, but due to the gear with me, I had requested a bottom room to make it easier to secure them.I also took a video of the room.

Notice that I didn't even rate them in certain areas and if I don't it's because I didn't receive no service in those areas of that buisness they definitely don't serve food and you don't get clean rooms so that's out of the question if the word corporate was up there I wouldn't have rated them either cause corporate sick too I never got compensated for all the *** I went through at motel 6 a horrible experience one that noone should ever have to go through and for all travelers I never get on here and lie on these companies I spend my hard earned money so I deserve the service I pay for

Tv didn't work ,nor Ice machine . Comforter has cigarette burns Roaches alive and dead on floor The floor was disgusting, The house keepers are too busy gossiping to actually work. The shower had kids toothpaste tube still in it . They tried repairing tub w epoxy so it's got a ugky rough yellos stain .

Noise, perverted, and disrespectful maintenance man cockroaches flooded bathroom smoke holes in blankets nonworking heater in cooler

We came here in room 120 and then we change to room 119 because room 120 had a cockroach issue and then the heater wasnt working and neither was the cooler we saw cockroaches in 119. Also the bathroom has a leak.

And not disabled friendly. And I went outside to get ice and the maintenance man started talking to me and then stopped me from going back to the room talking to me about my dog because she barks at people and he kept going on and on about other dogs and other things and then talked about a dog getting raped not to mention the racial comments towards Black people and my mom is part black and I came back to tell my mom because I was scared and now I came back to get her cane when I go outside my mom is disabled and had a stroke last month and would like to have a nice stay and we spent to much money over the last month
