I left several, comments directly to motel 6, about a maintnance man that was cussing at me because, i asked for a pool when booked room and was told it was open, this was in alb nm on tramwsy and central, apt was flooded, so of course in mid june, parents get hotels with pools, when i asked if can unlock pool, manager female said its closed, i said but i called last night to assure it was open the male said yes, out of nowhere a big blonde man says, wtf does a pool have to do with staying in a hotel, i said excuse me do not speak that way to me especially in front of my son, *** you bitc- all you. F---kn. Wh--es immediatly i became emotionally shocked he says im maintnance, i looked at manager amd said stop him from harrasing me, my son is 6 yrs old, he has never, seen anyone, do this, my son starts crying, then she said i would have to wait 3 days for a refund, im here because my house is flooded, again he starts cussing at me, please call corporate, please, i said call police, he is dangerous, he started toward us, she tells him go outside, he says call pplice have jer arrested, for what i told her, she tells him go outside, he called my son a bast--d me a ***-- i told her please call the owner, she said she is owner, no one but her can talk to me, i told her please, put my money on my card, in three days, i left hotel, while. Driving out, maintnace guy was with 4people smoking something, and. Yells bye bit-- i cant believe i have sent complaint, about serious matter, a dangerous, employee. And hotel, owner, corporate has no care,

Not staying there and getting charged

I did not get to stay at Motel 6 and got charged 73.70, When I explained I was a totalled disabled veteran, nd can't remember things, I got told I did not cancel my reservation. I do not remember making a reservation because I don't drive myself and I did not get to stay somewhere and no one took me to Motel 6. I am just trying to get my money back. I can't help not rembering things, I have PTSD from being a Viet-nam veteran and I had served many years in the military, I just want the money back for not spending a night.

Room reeked of cat urine

due to the late hour and miles driven we were required to stop at the Motel 6 #8640 in Walton, Ky. on 8/15/15 we were informed the all that was available was a smoking room, we were not told it was a pet room. When we walked in the room it reeked of cat urine so heavily you could not tell it was a smoking room. This is a privately owned and operated motel, but is franchised by Motel 6, and their continued association with this location tells me all I need to know about their commitment to the customer experience. When any hospitality service offers "pet friendly" rooms those rooms should also be "human friendly".

I was not allowed to check in and had to wait 30 minutes. The front desk clerk was about to be off and wanted me to wait to get assisted by the employee clocking in 15 minutes after my arrival. He was extremely rude and was of no assistance. In the last 6 months i have stayed in a motel 6 during my travels more than a dozen times. Never have i been treated so bad.

My husband and I checked into a Motel 6 on Stewarts Ferry Pike in Nashville, TN on July 9, 2015. The "non-smoking" room reeked of cigarette smoke and mildew. The carpets were wet and turned your feet black. We wore shoes! The sheets were musty and stained. There were dead bugs all over the shower. I have smelled porta potties that were more pleasant than this urine covered bathroom. There were hairs and bodily fluids all over the bathroom. The pool was closed for the year. The "activites" in the parking lot were very unsavory. The staff did not care and were very rude. Customer service will not return a phone call or email. We will never again give them a dime! If you are going to stay here, I would wear a hazmat suit, carry a gun and lock your doors!

Worst stay of my life

I just stayed at the Motel 6 at 2501 52nd Ave, Moline, IL 61265 from 6-10 to 6-12. When we arrived, we were put in a room with no running water that was currently under maintenance and had no pillows or towels. We were told they had no other rooms available, so we slept there Friday night. On Saturday morning, Dwayne, the manager of the motel, moved us next door to another room with no shower, but found towels and pillows for the bed. Dwayne then disappeared for the remainder of the weekend, so I was unable to discuss getting a refund or reduced rate for the inconvenience. I emailed him on Saturday morning and still have not received a response. I tried calling the motel again today before sending this email, and was able to speak with Dwayne. When I asked to have our rate reduced, I was told by Dwayne that he already "comped" us a room by moving us out of the 1st room and giving us the 2nd one at full price, even though he told us on Saturday that we never should have been in the 1st room at all. Again, neither room had a working shower and the bed frame of the 2nd room was broken at the foot of the bed, causing the bed to sag near to the floor. Dwayne never discussed this with me when moving rooms, but spoke with another of the people staying with me, never asking for the person who paid for the room which is me. He had already charged my credit card for the full amount as well. I tried to argue that we should not have to pay full price for either room, since both were not in working order, but Dwayne hung up the phone mid conversation. I tried calling back immediately but was hung up on right after he answered the phone. I tried a 3rd time and no one answered at all. This is completely unacceptable, since the 4 of us staying there were not able to shower for the entire weekend we stayed there in the middle of July. We were caught in a rain storm Saturday morning and it was 95 degrees on Sunday and we were unable to shower the entire time. Please contact me about this ASAP with information on how I can obtain a full refund for this terrible experience. If there is any way to reprimand Dwayne as well, that would be greatly appreciated since his customer service is superbly lacking, to say the least.

I had a problem with motel 6 in Maryland an the manager wouldn't give me or my fiance the corporate number but I found it online it's 800-557-****. We had roaches in our room so they switched rooms an gave us a discount for our next stay, so we used the discount then when I was checking out they said I owed $30 dollars and the manager was completely rude an disrespectful so when we called corporate they gave us a free night but we don't even wanna stay at another motel 6.

Worst Motel EVER!

I stayed at the location in San Antonio, Tx on 1604 and Bandera. I accidently created 2 reservations and was charged for both! We stayed with them 1 night and I looked at my bank transactions and noticed the 2 charges. I called to see if this could be removed as we did stay with them. I was told that the manager would contact me and that she was out of town. I called everyday, only to get the same answer. I called Saturday morning and lo and behold, she's there and answers the phone! She yells and me, tells me it's my fault and hangs up in my face! I walked over there as I work next door and she refused to talk to me. I requested the number to the complaint department and/or her supervisor and she stated that she would not give it to me and left the office and refused to come back in until I left. The absolute worst business ever! The way she went about it was very rude and unprofessional as a "manager". As I work next door, I will be sure to let everyone that comes into my office not to stay there! I will also be reporting them the BBB!! There was also a roach that crawled across the bed when we got there and the room reeked of cigarettes!

Motel 6 Ocala florida-- pool out of order, no wifi, no security-- people hanging out on the steps soliciting when I arrived, was woken the next morning by a woman screaming obscenities and rattling the door threatening to kill me, because she thought her husband was in there. Management said they aren't in control of what goes on there. For all this offered a $5 discount. I want to add that I wasn't told the pool was out of order until I came down in my swim suit, and i wasn't told the wifi was out until after I paid and asked for the password. I was then told they could put me in the room on the side of the hotel "where the Wi-Fi works" for an additional $10. The manager at Motel 6 in Richland/Kennewick WA. Told me wife that she had a very sexy body and that he would love to take her out and offer her a job. sevre ladies who is staying there has also been approach by this guy from rubbing their backs down at the with sun tan lotion to bring donuts to their room. promising these women jobs at Motel 6 My wife and I will be filing with the Human Rights commission against Motel 6 and their manager. I made a report against this guy and he call the police which was the Richland and Kennewick WA, who basically told me and my wife that this manager can do whatever he wants. and that one even said that it is not a crime at a place of business if a manager make sexual advances to a customer. but it is okay until it happens to the police wife. this manager pull a 6 yrs old , a 5 yrs old , 3 yrs old and a very sick 8 month old baby and their mother and father out in the hot weather for no reason at all , because he got mad because I called the main office on the this *** and the main office done nothing. So I warn every husband boyfriend, or any concern patent to watch out for thier daughters when renting a room at this Motel you will know this guy when you see him showing his gold teeth and approaching the ladies. I hope this wife get the chance to read this as well

I was traveling in tx and booked a room ahead of time along my route to stop for the night. After running into some unexpected traffic from accidents and construction, I realized I wouldn't be able to make it to the hotel that night. I called to cancel at 610pm and was told I couldn't cancel because it was after 6pm. I understand there are policies, but with extenuating circumstances (and only 10min after 6) I thought they could help me out. Nope. Never staying at a motel 6 again. The hotel was dirty, smelled awful, and certainly not worth almost falling asleep at the wheel trying to make it there. I am disgusted with this business.

Dear Motel 6 corporative, I am an average customer at the motel 6property 93 at fife,Washington.In 3 different ocasions i have overheard abusive conversations from the manager Cinthia Sleeman,which with offensive,discriminatory,and threatening words has treated personal.She has also not allowed the workers to not go to the bathroom,i am reaching out to the corporative to shine attention to this big issue,at the same time the manager which goes by Guadalupe Ramuco and the assistant Florentina P. Both take steal the tips from the clients to the house keeping workers.I think that this is very wrong because the workers there work very hard for their money and for a low wage job .I ask you to put attention to the type of personal that you hire to manage these premises ,i believe they should be certified people to take good care of the workers and the clients. Stayed at a motel 6 in Charlotte NC, and the saying you get what you paid for is true, what a dive ! The room reeked of some kind of musty odor, probably from the air conditioning? The outlets were terrible, the mini freezer hadnt been cleaned, not enough towels,the bathroom, ugggg, what was up with the *** shower curtain, water from shower got all over the floor, we stayed one night and that was it. Never again, rude attention they didnt care and 5 of them all chattering spanish,who knows what they were really saying ? Waste of money !
